Divyang without UDID can also get register on this portal, however PWD* person with disability having UDID can get more attraction by donors for donation in terms of documentation and verification

Donation will be initiated only by donor's on the portal, hence only when a donor will show interest for support to a divyang only then the initiation of donation starts
